- Refer to the welcome packet you received from your contact at JLL as it contains all information necessary to get started at JLL.
- Watch a training that takes you step-by-step through completing the HSSE Assessment in the system.
- Leverage the following resources for additional support:

Does your information need to be updated?
Review the instructional video and the quick reference guide on how to self-service and make the following updates:
- Company Information – includes: Company Name, Address, Country.
- Basic Compliance – includes: Category, Vendor code of Conduct, Diversity status, Conflict of interest.
- Expanded Compliance – includes: JLL’s Global Risk & Compliance minimum standards survey.
- Add/Edit Supplier Contact(s) – includes: Name, Phone, and Email of company contacts.
- HSSE Assessment – Conditional based on goods vs. onsite service. This survey information would not apply to all supply partners.
